Starters

Chicken Skewer, marinated with light spice, chargrilled with pepper and onion.
Chef’s Soup, always vegetarian.
Creamy Garlic Mushrooms, diced mushrooms cooked in white wine, cream and fresh garlic.
Smoked Salmon and Asparagus, on a bed of rocket salad.

Main Courses

Roast Norfolk Turkey, served with all the traditional trimmings.
Rump Steak Dianne, prime steak cooked with mushrooms, brandy and cream.
Salmon Supreme, in a cream and prawn sauce.
Mediterranean Veg Bake, a blend of mushrooms, courgettes, tomato and herbs; oven baked with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Served with rice.
Chicken Stilton, chicken breast in a cream and stilton sauce.

Desserts

Christmas Pudding, with brandy sauce.
Cheesecake, served with cream.
Banoffee Pie, served with cream.
